When you submit an audit request or contact form on TrendoraLabs.io, we collect the information you provide: name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), industry, website URL, and a description of your biggest growth challenge. We do not collect payment information directly — billing is handled by our payment processors.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to: (1) conduct your free AI Visibility Audit and prepare your custom roadmap; (2) contact you to deliver your audit results and answer your questions; (3) send you relevant marketing emails about TrendoraLabs services (only with your explicit CASL consent). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
CASL Compliance
TrendoraLabs complies with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). When you submit a form and check the consent box, you are providing express consent to receive commercial electronic messages from TrendoraLabs. Data Storage and Security
Your information is stored securely in our CRM platform (GoHighLevel) with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide services to you and comply with legal obligations, typically no longer than 3 years after your last interaction with us.
